Jonathan Morales

Jonathan Morales joined The Compass Group in 2019 supporting the team through client-focused sales processes, proposal development, and prospect and client information management.

Jonathan brings to Compass a decade of experience in nonprofit fundraising and data management, including database management roles at NPR, the USO, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation, and consulting for historic sites and advocacy groups. He connects big picture, strategic thinking with technical expertise to build systems that solve nonprofits’ unique challenges and empower them to advance their mission.

Jonathan has a Master of Arts degree in history from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in history and a Bachelor of Music degree in trumpet performance from Oberlin College and Conservatory.
