Brandon Fields

As Director of Executive Operations, Brandon Fields serves as a trusted partner in the President’s Office, ensuring executive priorities are well-coordinated, communicated, and organized across the team. He works closely with the business development, operations, and client services teams to manage and conserve the president’s time, promote the corporate image by representing the office of the president internally and externally, and aid with day-to-day functions to support client services.

Brandon brings almost a decade of fundraising administrative experience to The Compass Group with extensive work in higher education. Prior to Compass he worked in the office of advancement and alumni relations at George Mason University. Additionally, he held roles at Goucher College and University of Maryland, Baltimore. Brandon’s experience includes fundraising at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He is a forward thinker with a passion for organization, problem solving and project management.

In addition to his work in advancement and philanthropy, Brandon previously served as a senior level executive assistant for marketing at T. Rowe Price and admissions at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
