An executive leader in philanthropy, marketing, enrollment management, and systems analysis, Elizabeth Weatherly has more than 18 years of experience in higher education administration with a proven track record of fundraising and campaign management, raising millions of dollars in philanthropic gifts.

Prior to her consulting role, Elizabeth served as vice president for advancement at Northern Virginia Community College, one of America’s largest community colleges enrolling more than 100,000 students throughout six campuses and online programs. While at NOVA, her portfolio spanned all aspects of external affairs including philanthropic giving, legislative affairs, enrollment marketing, and brand management. Elizabeth’s experience also includes ten years with the College of Coastal Georgia, most recently as vice president for advancement. There, she led the development, alumni, marketing, communications, and public affairs activities of the college. She also served as liaison to the 45-member College of Coastal Georgia Foundation, which launched the College’s first fundraising campaign and continued to increase the level of gifts every year, culminating in an unparalleled $10+ million. Prior to joining the administration of the College of Coastal Georgia, Elizabeth held positions in both student affairs and events for the University of Texas at El Paso.

Elizabeth has presented at Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) professional conferences and is the recipient of a number of awards and recognitions in college fundraising and leadership.

Elizabeth holds a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Texas at El Paso and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Auburn University.
