The Executive Search Consulting division is staffed by full-time professionals with wide-ranging business experience. We specialize in senior-level executive positions, on a retained basis only. We base our success on identifying and recruiting talented executives who will make long-term contributions to our client organizations.

AESC is the worldwide professional association for the retained executive search industry.  Compass consultants adhere to the Professional Practice Guidelines and Code of Ethics established by AESC.  AESC also provides The Client’s Bill of Rights and The Candidate’s Bill of Rights.

Compass Group utilizes a unique search process that has sustained our outstanding record of identifying qualified diverse candidates and presenting balanced panels of candidates to for-profit and not-for-profit client organizations.  Several distinguishing aspects of our search methodology include in-depth client interviews to understand requirements and cultural fit, scope of the Principal Consultant’s involvement in the engagement, use of a “Candidate Self-Assessment” exercise, and our comprehensive Professional Reference Checking.
